To create a page in the Wiki, type in the desired title of your page in the search bar on the top right. Once you hit search, you'll see something like this:

You can find the results of your search below. If you didn't find what you were looking for, you can create or edit the page :[your query], named after your query.

The placeholder may not be exactly your query if it was a bit longer, but that's fine. The Wiki automatically assigns a page title based on your query. Click on the :[your query] link that you see on the search page. That'll take your to your new page.
